The containers can be microwaved safely, but make sure to remove the thermal case and lid before heating.

You can expect the same level of heat retention as stainless steel flasks, keeping your food warm for hours. Plus, cleaning up is a breeze as the containers are dishwasher safe (just remember to remove the thermal case). The set also comes with a pair of chopsticks and a case to keep them clean.

The rice container has a capacity of 1.2 gallons (0.5 liters) for uncooked rice, or 0.06 gallons (0.19 liters) for a single serving. Each side container holds 0.1 gallons (0.3 liters) of food.

Included in the set are a thermal case, rice container, two side containers, chopsticks, a chopstick case, and a dedicated pouch. The thermal case provides excellent heat retention for up to 6 hours, keeping your food hot at temperatures above 122°F (59°C). When inserted into the dedicated pouch, the temperature can rise to over 144°F (62°C).

The main unit measures approximately 7.9 x 4.3 x 4.9 inches (20 x 11 x 12.5 cm) without the pouch, while the chopsticks are about 7.7 inches (19.5 cm) in length. The entire set weighs around 1.3 pounds (0.6 kg), including the pouch.
